Hive Drive is an enjoyable and beautiful bricks breaking game with a bees theme. The object of this game is to clear the board from the honeycombs (blocks) to get to the next level. The blocks are different and some of them require to be hit several times to make them disappear. The background is nice, but it's the same for all the levels. The only thing that changes is the arrangement of the blocks, which makes the game more challenging as you progress.
The game has lots of power-ups that are hidden inside the blocks and are freed when you break them. Some of them are good and others are bad, so you must study them carefully and think a little before catching them. You will find bonus points, extra lives, extra balls, to name but a few. You can see them all in the help menu. What is more, you can control sounds and music volume, and you also can play it in a full-screen or windowed mode.
Regarding the graphics, they are very attractive and colorful. The bees look really cute and funny. Sound effects are good and music is also nice, but a bit repetitive.
All in all, Hive Drive is a simple but cute bricks breaking game, that will surely attract kids and will keep them playing for a while.
